Integrate Salesforce.com with Skillibrium

Currently, Skillibrium users can establish and maintain a SFDC connection with Skillibrium. Skillibrium partners with Merge.dev which enables seamless integration of salesforce.com with Skillibrium. We recommend that admins reach out to Skillibrium's support team before establishing a connection between salesforce.com and the organization's Skillibrium production environment. Our support team will be happy to provision your integration team with admin access for testing out the user journeys and to ensure data is flowing properly from the organization's SFDC account to Skillibrium.
The following data fields from the customer's SFDC entity will be displayed as read-only fields in Skillibrium. An automatic job timer will sync the data every hour, with potential variations based on the volume of data.

Follow the steps below to establish salesforce.com connection with Skillibrium:
- Click the user profile on the top right corner of the screen.
- Click Company Settings.
- Select Integrations.
- Under CRM, click VIEW ALL .
- In the pop up window, select Salesforce as your preferred integration option.
- In the next pop up window, select Use my Salesforce credentials (recommended).
- Click Next.
- Click Continue.
- Enter your Salesforce subdomain.
- Click Submit.
- Complete the authorization by logging in to your Salesforce account.
- Click Finish setup. You will see Salesforce listed under Your Integrations.
With an established connection with your Salesforce account, you can have a seamless experience updating your accounts, opportunities, contacts and stages.
