Integrate Workday with Skillibrium
We partner with Merge.dev which facilitates the connection to different platforms via their unified API. Click this guide from Merge to connect your Workday account before integrating it with Skillibrium as shown below.
We recommend that admins reach out to Skillibrium's support team before establishing a connection between Workday and the organization's Skillibrium production environment. Our support team will be happy to provision your integration team with admin access for testing out the user journeys and to ensure data is flowing properly from the organization's Workday account to Skillibrium.
The following user information from Workday will be displayed as read-only fields in Skillibrium. An automatic job timer will sync the data every hour, with potential variations based on the volume of data.

Establish a connection
Follow the steps below to establish Workday connection with Skillibrium:
Please note that Administrator role is required to link your Workday account to Skillibrium successfully.
- Click the user profile on the top right corner of the screen.
- Click Company Settings.
- Select Integrations.
- Under HRIS, click VIEW ALL.
- In the pop up window, select Workday from the available integration options.
- Click the I am an admin button to proceed.
- Click Next.
- Enter the User ID and Password then click Submit.
- Click Continue.
- Click Finish.
- You will see Workday listed under Your Integrations.
With an established connection to Workday account, you can now manage the data that is synced from Workday to Skillibrium.
Manage sync data
- Click My Org on the menu bar.
- Click the kebab menu (
) on the right.
- Select Manage HRIS settings.
- Choose the employee type and the users to be synced to Skillibrium, and then click Sync.Members in Skillibrium who do not exist in your organization's Workday account will be deactivated. However, this does not apply to administrators.
- Review the users' business unit and permissions.
- Click Sync to proceed.
With an established connection with your Workday account, Skillibrium users will be able to see synced Workday user fields.
