The My Org menu is available for administrators to set up team members and configure organizational hierarchies. A tree refers to a leader and a direct report.
To create new users from this view, you have three options
- Add a leader and direct reports from My Org.
- Add a direct report to an existing leader from the Actions column or from the ADD USERS quick access section.
- Add a direct report to an existing leader from the Tree view page.
Add a leader and direct reports from My Org
Follow these steps to set up a team of users that report to one leader.
Click TEAM from the menu bar and select My Org .
- Click the button + CREATE TREE available on the right.

- Under Leader , type the user's first name, last name, and email address, and select a business unit and a job title.
- Under Member(s) , click Add Member+ .

- Type the user's first name, last name, and email address, and select a business unit and job title.
- Click the Plus sign ( + ) icon to add another member.

- Save.
Add a direct report to an existing leader from the Tree view page
Follow these steps to add a direct report under an existing leader from the tree view page.
- Click TEAM from the menu bar and select My Org .

- Click the VIEW button.

- Select the card for the leader, to who the user will report.
- Right-click the card (Ctrl-click if using a Mac).
- Select
Add Members .

- Update the fields.
- Save.
Add a direct report to an existing leader from the Actions column or from the ADD USERS quick access section
Follow these steps to add a single user to report to an existing leader.
- Click TEAM from the menu bar and select My Org .

Under the column ORGANIZATIONAL TREES, for the existing leader of choice, click the kebab menu (
)

- Select
Add Members under the Actions column.

- Type the user's first name, last name, and email address, and select a business unit and job title.
- Save.
Alternatively, you can add users and assign leaders using the DD USERS quick access section, as shown in the screenshot below.

Users that are added via the ADD USERS quick access section are automatically structured into the organizational hierarchy and will be visible under the org hierarchy.
You can now view all members in your organizational hierarchy under a particular leader by clicking the dropdown arrow.
