Remove admin rights for a user from My Org

Applicable Roles:
  1. Administrators 

A Skillibrium System Administrator is typically a person in an organization who is responsible for adding or deactivating users, configuring large-scale programs, maintaining standard templates, and troubleshooting issues. 

You can remove admin rights granted to a user in two ways:
  1.  Remove admin rights for a user from the Manage Organization table view.
  2.  Remove admin rights for a user from the Tree view page.
Remove admin rights for the user from the Manage Organization table view 

Follow the steps below to remove admin rights from the Manage Organization table view.
  1. Click TEAM from the menu bar and select  My Org



  2. Under the ORGANIZATIONAL TREES column (on either the Org Hierarchy or User List view), locate the user for whom you want to remove the admin rights.





  3. Click the kebab menu () and select the Remove Admin Rights option.
  4. Click the REMOVE button to confirm. 



The table will reflect and show the user without the admin rights.
 



Remove admin rights for the user from the Tree view page

Follow the steps below to remove admin rights from the Tree view page.
  1. Click TEAM from the menu bar and select My Org



  2. Click the VIEW button next to the user for whom you want to remove the admin rights .



  3. Select the card for the user you want to remove admin rights from.
  4. Right-click the card (Ctrl-click if using a Mac).
  5. From the dropdown list, select Remove Admin Rights option.

     
  6. Click REMOVE to confirm the action.



The Tree view will reflect and show the user without the admin rights.
