View all assessment templates

Applicable Roles:

You can browse the catalog of the available pre-configured templates in either gallery view or list view - organized by your own templates and your organization's templates. 

Gallery View: 

List View: 

The assessment templates are categorized based on 4 types. 

1. Featured Templates: Templates that the system application has already configured for various roles and job titles. 
     
    
   
   
2. My Templates: Templates you create from scratch.
    
       
        
3. Methodology Templates: Templates set up based on industry known methodologies like Sandler, Challenger Selling or MEDDIC.  
   
          
   
   
4. My Org's Templates: Templates created by your organization. 
   
               

Filter the assessment template view using the following options:

1. Click the buttons under Types.
   
       
   
   
2. Use the FILTERS button located in the top right corner of the page.
   
       
   
   
3. Use the search field. 
   
          

Assessment Template view can be filtered by: 

1. Assessment Template type
2. Last Modified
   
3. Created By
   
4. Business Unit
   
5. Assessment Suited For
   
6. Job Titles
   
7. Publish Setting 
   

        

To preview an assessment template, click the Preview icon (👁️).

      

To clone an existing assessment template, click the Copy icon (). Cloning a template creates a new version of the template for you to edit. Learn more.

   
           

You can only delete assessment templates that are in Drafts status.
