Select assessments forms for a program (Step 5 of the Assessment Program Wizard)

Select assessments forms for a program (Step 5 of the Assessment Program Wizard)

Applicable Roles:
  1. Administrators
  2. Supervisors

Assessment templates are used to launch your Willing and Able assessment programs.

Assessment templates help you create a template that can be used to objectively assess a participant’s past performance for a specific period of time. We encourage you to set up a template for each key role in your organization (i.e job title). For example, if you want to assess Account Executives, then you’d want to set up an Account Executive form. If you want to assess Business Development Representatives, then you want to set up a form for Business Development Representatives.

Once you have added participants and their evaluators to your program, the next step is to select assessment forms that will be used in the review program.

Follow the steps below to add assessment forms to the program.
If there are no assessment forms available for selection, create a new assessment template or copy and edit an existing template.
  1. Click the FILTERS button to filter the list of assessments based on the last modified, created by, type, and business unit. To clear all added filters, click on clear filters. Alternatively, you can search for specific assessments by entering the name of the assessment under Search.

  2. Click the Plus sign icon ( + ) to select the assessment forms of your choice for the program.

  3. The selected forms will appear on the right side of the window. You can also add all available templates in bulk by clicking the + ADD ALL button.

  4. To remove selected assessments from the program, click the Negative sign icon (-). Alternatively, use the  - REMOVE ALL button to remove all selected assessments in bulk.

  5. Click the NEXT STEP button to proceed to the next step in the assessment program wizard.

After following the steps above, you are ready to assign assessment forms to each participant in the program.
