Assign assessment forms to participants of a program (Step 6 of the Assessment Program Wizard)

In the previous step of the assessment wizard, you selected assessments to be added to the program. In step 6 of the program wizard, the system will automatically assign the most suitable assessment template to each participant in the program, based on the job titles associated with the
assessments selected during step 5 of the program wizard. If the system doesn’t find a match, then you can use the dropdown in the Assessment column to make a selection from the available assessments that were added in Step 5.
Follow the steps below to adjust the assessments assigned to each participant.
In the participants' table, under the ASSESSMENT column, click the dropdown arrow to reveal a list of assessments.

Any assessment recommended by the system application for a participant will be identified by a star

next to the participant's name.
- From the list, select the appropriate assessment for each participant. You can choose to either select the recommended assessment or pick another one from the list.

- To remove an assessment from your selection, click the remove sign ( x ) next to the participant's name.

- Click on the Eye icon (👁️) next to the participant's name to preview a selected assessment.


- When you are ready, click the NEXT STEP button to proceed to the final step in the assessment program wizard.
