Add evaluators to a program (Step 4 of the Assessment Program Wizard)

Idea
Applicable Roles:
  1. Administrators
  2. Supervisors

Quote
Evaluators are the people who coach and assess the participants, as part of the Leader Rating and 1:1 steps. Evaluators can be the participant's direct manager or be another delegate who can provide feedback on the participant.

After adding participants to your assessment program, the next step is to add evaluators.

There are two ways to achieve this, you can:
  1. Manually assign an evaluator to each participant.
  2. Automatically assign the participant's leader as their evaluator.
Notes
Only administrators or leaders who have direct reports can be selected as evaluators for the program.
Alert
An administrator or a leader who is also a participant in a program cannot be assigned as an evaluator for that same program.

Alert
Admins can update the evaluators assigned to a participant in an active program.

Manually select an evaluator for each participant

  1. In the participants' table, click the dropdown arrow under the Evaluator column to reveal a list of administrators and supervisors that you can select as evaluators for the program.

    Notes
The leader associated with the participant within the organization will be identified by a star in the list of evaluators.
  2. Repeat the above step for all participants in the table.

  3. To remove an assigned evaluator, click the remove icon ( x ) next to their name.

  4. Click NEXT STEP button to proceed to the next stage of the assessment program wizard.

Automatically assign the participant's leader as their evaluator

By using this method of assigning evaluators, the program assigns the leader of each participant as their evaluator for the program.

  1. In the participants' window, click the ASSIGN LEADERS AS EVALUATORS button.

  2. On the popup window that appears, click YES to confirm the automatic assignment.

    Notes
Manually select evaluators for users who are not associated with a leader in the organizational tree.
  3. To remove an assigned evaluator, click the remove icon ( x ).

  4. Click the NEXT STEP button to proceed to the next stage of the assessment program wizard.

With all participants assigned to evaluators, the next step is to select the assessment forms to be used in the program.
