Skillibrium users can create tasks manually and assign them to others or use them to keep up with their own work. Tasks help team members plan, organize, and collaborate on projects, goals, development areas and more. Set due dates, add comments, update statuses and more. Manual tasks can be on any topic and assigned to any user.
Follow the steps below to create manual task from My Tasks page:
- Click TASKS on the menu bar.

- On the Tasks page, click the +Tasks button on the right corner of the screen.

- In the Add Task window popup, update the required fields for the task.

(a) Task Name: Refers to the name of the task
(b) Task Group: Refers to the group the task belongs to. It can be related to any of the 4 modules in Skillibrium or a generic task.
(c) Assigned To User: Refers to the users to whom the task is assigned. Each task must have atleast one assignee.
(i) Anyone can complete: If multiple users are selected under 'Assigned to User' and the 'Anyone can complete' option is checked, any user can complete the task.
(ii) Everyone must complete: When multiple users are selected under 'Assigned to User' and the 'Everyone must complete' option is checked, all users will be accountable for completing the task. A new task record will be created for each individual to track their progress and completion.
(d) Due Date: Refers to the deadline for completing the task.
(e) Watchers: Refers to users who have visibility to the task. Each task requires at least one watcher, but multiple users can be added as watchers to a single task.
- To attach additional files to the task, drag and drop them into the manual task window, or click the Browse link to select a file from your computer.
- Click Save to confirm changes.

The newly added task will now be visible in the My Tasks table view.
