Applicable Roles:

Assessment templates are used to launch your Willing (Will) and Able (Skill/Ability) assessment programs.
Assessments provide an opportunity to objectively assess a participant’s past performance for a specific period of time. Skillibrium experts encourage leaders to set up a template for each key role in their organization (i.e. job title).
Follow the steps below to create a new assessment template:
- Click COACH on the menu bar and select the Assessment Templates option.

- Click the CREATE A TEMPLATE button on the right corner of the screen.
The left panel reveals all the metadata of an assessment template while the right panel contains all the skill/abilities and willingness category questions.

- Under the Assessment Name, enter a name for the assessment template.

Select job titles that can be associated with this assessment template.

The system will automatically assign the most suitable assessment template to each participant in the program (see
step 6 of Assessment program wizard) based on the job titles you associate with the assessment templates.
Select a business unit applicable to the assessment.
- Select the type of users the assessment is suited for under Assessment Suited For.
