View all programs

Applicable Roles:
  1. Administrators 
  2. Supervisors

The Programs list view gives you an overview of the programs launched. 
 Use FILTERS button to filter the programs table based on
    1. Program Owner
    2. Program Cycle
    3. Program Year
    4. Status of the program
    5. Program's Start Date
    6. End Date. 
The Search option is also available for a specific program in the list. 

To create a new program, click START A PROGRAM button. 

MY PROGRAMS tab versus ALL PROGRAMS tab

  MY PROGRAMS 

  1. Program owners (supervisors with both admin access and non- admin access as well as non-supervisors with admin access) will see the list of programs they launched under MY PROGRAMs tab.
  ALL PROGRAMS 
  1. Administrators can see the list of programs that are launched by other program owners organization wide under ALL PROGRAMS tab. 

  2. Supervisors with admin and non-admin access can see the list of programs that their organization tree descendants are a part of. In other words, the supervisors with admin and non-admin access can track the progress of the individuals in their organizational tree alignment who are part of a program.

Edit a program 

Program owners (admin supervisors, non-admin supervisors, non-supervisors with admin access) can edit the programs that have not been launched. 
To edit a program, click on the Edit icon ( ), and this will direct you back to the assessment program wizard where you can complete the remaining steps in the wizard to start a program. 



When you click a program that has been launched, you will be directed to the programs details page where you can track the progress of the participants and send email reminders.

Delete a program 

The delete action will delete the entire program and all its associated tasks permanently 
To delete a program from the list, click on the Delete icon (). 
On the popup window, click DELETE

       

Clone an existing program

Cloning a program creates a new version that you can edit and launch as a new program.
  1. To clone an existing program, click the Copy icon (). 
  2. On the popup window, click COPY


You will be directed to the assessment program wizard with all selections populated just as in the original program. 
  1. The name of the cloned program is by default titled Copy of  <original program name>.
  1. The cloned program will inherit the participants, evaluators, and assessment selections as in the original program.
You can apply changes where required on each step of the program wizard.


To view the details of a particular program in the list, click on the program name, and you will be redirected to the program's details page.
