Reset the status of a participant in a program

Idea
Applicable Roles: 
  1. Administrators
  2. Supervisors 

Skillibrium admins and supervisors can now reset a participant's program status directly on the platform, saving you the step of raising a support ticket.

Follow the steps below to reset the status of a participant:
  1. Go to the Program Details page.



  2. Find the participant. 
  3. Select the action dropdown () for the participant.

  4.  
    Select Reset Status.



The participant's assessment progress will be set to Not Started

If there is ever a need to delete a participant after the assessments have started, the administrator or the supervisor can use this reset status option. 

WarningPlease note that resetting the status of a participant and deleting the assessment for any participant is irreversible.
