How to Start Leader or Coach Ratings in Skillibrium

Evaluate participants from the programs details page

While on the program's details page to review the list of participants or track their progress, you have the option to start your coach/leader rating. Our coaching experts recommend completing the leader/coach rating blindly, which means completing it before the participant finishes their self-assessment. Incomplete results will show a 0.0, 0.0 in the table. If you complete your rating after the participant, you will be able to see their self-assessment scores and comments when you go to complete your leader rating.

To start the leader rating from the programs details page, you have two options:
  1. Click the Play icon ( ) under the leader rating column in the participants table.


  2. Click the vertical ellipsis () under the Actions column and then select the Start Leader Rating option.

              
            
Upon selecting either option, you will be redirected to an instructions page to complete the leader rating.

You can follow the same steps above to complete the 1:1 meeting; however, our coaching experts recommend that you co-host a meeting with the participant to share your observations, compare results before submitting the final rating form.
