Customize the stages of an opportunity playbook

Applicable Roles:

1. Administrators

Each stage in an opportunity playbook template can be configured by adding new categories, steps, items, and follow-up questions.

Follow the steps below to customize your opportunity playbook template: 

1. Click the kebab menu () on the stage's card.
   
   
   
2. Click Edit to reveal a right panel.
   
   
   
   
3. Click + NEW CATEGORY and then click + Add Category to add a new category.
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Enter a category name and choose an appropriate icon.
   
    
   
   
5. Enter a step name.
   
   
   
   
6. Enter details for the item (by default, the first item is set to Notes and Questions).
   
   
   
   
7. To add a new step, click + NEW STEP.
   
    
   
   
8. To add a new item, click + NEW ITEM.
   
   
   
   Items can either be a web link, a training item, notes and questions, or a template. 
   
   
   
   
9. Click SAVE CHANGES to confirm the changes.
