Navigate the Skillibrium Assessment Dashboard and view program results.

View the Assessments Dashboard

Applicable Roles:
  1. Administrators 
  2. Supervisors

Administrators and Supervisors have access to the Assessment dashboard, where they can view all programs' results that their direct reports or descendants are part of. The dashboard also allows them to view all program details, export program details, and view results from the org tree view. 
Follow the instructions below to navigate through the assessment dashboard:
  1. Navigate to the menu bar, click COACH, and then select Assessment Dashboards.

  2. All programs featuring participants from your direct reports or their descendants are listed sequentially, with the most recent program appearing first.



  3. You can find the program name displayed in the top left corner.
  4. Below the program name, all programs feature a quadrant panel. This quadrant provides a comprehensive overview of the participant's baseline skill/ability and willingness, emphasizing areas that may need attention.


Display the results of selected participants on the Assessment Dashboard.

Follow the instructions below to display the results of selected participants:
  1. By default, each program displays all participants from your direct reports or those who are descendants of your direct reports. Participants for display on the quadrant panel can be selected as needed.
  2. To prevent a participant's final result from appearing, go to selected people and click the X icon next to the participant's name. Alternatively, you can use the dropdown arrow to remove participants from the view.



  3. For the selected participants, you can filter which assessment ratings to display on the quadrant. 



Export all programs' details from the Assessment Dashboard

You have the option to export each program in the dashboard as a spreadsheet. Click the Export All Program Details icon located in top right corner, and the spreadsheet will download to your local computer. 


Download the details of a program from the Assessment Dashboard

The Download details option will download the assessment program details to your device. 



View program details from the Assessment Programs Dashboard

Within the assessment dashboard, access detailed program information by clicking the View Program Details icon.

View program results in an organizational tree format

You can visualize the results of all your direct reports, or their descendants who are program participants, in an organizational tree format. To display the results in this format, click the View Org Tree icon.
