How to View and Filter Opportunities in Skillibrium

View all opportunities in Skillibrium

Deals can take time to progress through the sales process; a user may have many active opportunities at a time. Skillibrium lets you view all your opportunities in one easy-to-read table view, allowing you to sort, filter, and quickly open the opportunities. 

There are two categories of opportunities:
  1. My Opportunities: Opportunities created by the logged-in user. 
  2. All Opportunities: Opportunities created by other users in the organization. 

Steps to view all opportunities

To view opportunities created by you or other users in your organization, follow the steps below:
  1. Click EXECUTE in the menu bar and select Opportunities.



  2. Click any of the tabs - My Opportunities or All Opportunities.



  3. The opportunities related to the selected tab will appear in the table view. 
Four display cards show the total number of opportunities, the sum of all opportunities, the total amount open, and the total amount closed won.


Filter the table view 

On the Opportunities page, click the FILTERS button on the top right corner of the screen.  
You can filter opportunities in table view based on:
  1. Sales stage
  2. Forecast Category
  3. Playbook
  4. Amount range
  5. Close date start
  6. Closed date end
  7. Last Modified
  8. Owner
  9. Team Members


Alternatively, you can click on the filter pills displayed above the opportunity table.



After applying the filters, the opportunities table will be updated to display the filtered view.
