The My Assessments page provides a comprehensive list of assessments for a logged in user (administrator, supervisor or contributor)  who has been assessed in any previous or active assessment program.

Each assessment is accompanied by two panels:
  1. The Quadrant
  2. Details

The Quadrant

The Quadrant panel displays your final assessments in a four-quadrant matrix. It offers a clear overview of your Skill/Ability and willingness baseline, highlighting areas that require attention. On the right side, you can view the team member's name, the evaluator's details, self-assessment results, and the final rating following your 1:1 meeting with your leader/coach.

Details

The Details panel, located on the left, provides additional information about the assessment, including the cycle, period, and year. It also displays the due dates and current status of each assessment task within the program.  The Details panel also shows you the due date for each assessment program's tasks and their current status.

  1. If your self assessment task is pending, you can initiate it by clicking the START button below the Details button.

  2. Use the PREVIEW button to preview your assessment.
