Previously, admins could only import  new users in bulk during the initial user creation. With this new capability, Admins can continuously use the Import feature to manage org changes. 

A 4-step import wizard, prompts admins to

1. Download the template (or export existing users) 

2. Make changes to an existing list or add new or changed users and upload the file

3. Analyze the data 

Note: newly uploaded import files will allow you to manage user changes or add new users.  The import function does not deactivate users who are not included in the upload. This is intended  to help avoid deleting users incorrectly.

The User List tab  allows admins to:

• See a full list of users in the org in a table view

• Take actions to edit, change leaders, deactivate, invite, and add team members

• Sort the list by status, name, email and more

The newly designed pages have the following usability improvements:

• Questions are presented one at a time instead of whole list

• Back and forward arrows allow for easier navigation

• More emphasis on important areas

• 1:1 Assessments surface score discrepancies and low ratings to improve coaching sessions

Upon completion of assessments. Leaders can also see better visualizations. Background colors have been improved to better see where there are low ratings.
