Skillibrium users can create tasks manually and assign them to others or use them to keep up with their own work. Tasks help team members plan, organize, and collaborate on projects, goals, development areas and more. 

The Manual Task creation and edit pages allow users to:

• Upload attachments 

• Update statuses

Leaders can view all  programs relating to their team members or direct report’s team members as well as easily find results for the single program they are on. 

Dashboards allow leaders, admins, and evaluators to

• Visualize assessment program results for a bulk set of users

• See results displayed  in a table view and in the 4-quadrant Willingness and Ability view

• See an Org Tree representation of the  results

• Filter on one or more programs

• Select one or more people to display

Coach > Assessment Programs

Assessment programs can be configured by leaders and system administrators. Assessment Programs (also know as Willing and Able programs) provide a valuable coaching tool for leaders to baseline large and small teams against a common set of success criteria.

Assessment Templates

Coach > Assessment Templates

Assessment templates are used to launch Willing and Able assessment programs. Leaders and system administrators can assess team members using a catalog of assessment templates available in the system. Custom assessment templates can also be created to suit organizational needs and setup. 

Assessment Templates allow leaders and admins to

• Set-up and configure Skills & Abilities and Willingness categories and questions

• Associate templates to specific Job Titles 

• Add descriptions and other meta data

• Draft, publish, or archive

• Copy and adapt templates from a featured and methodology library

Users signing up for the first time will be prompted to save their details in the My Profile page. This will ensure that any built-in automation or suggestions can be served up to you based on your business unit and job title.

Users who upgrade their plans, using the Stripe Payment Processing System may temporarily experience a flickering Nav Bar or User Drop Down Menu.

Subscription Owners

This issue is limited to Subscription owners who are attempting to upgrade and downground. To correct, go to a new page and then back to the page that is not refreshing.
