Skillibrium 5.3 release notes: Coach updates and Learn bug fixes

Skillibrium 5.3 Release notes - 9 June 2026

RELEASE VERSION

Skillibrium 5.3

RELEASE DATE

June 9, 2026

INTRODUCTION

This release is focused on an enhancement in Coach and a bug fix in Learn.

ENHANCEMENTS

1. Coach program participant filtering by selected leader
Feature Module: Coach
Feature Group: Assessment Dashboard
Feature: Filter Coach program participants by leader
Access: Coach > Assessment Dashboard
Description: We enhanced the Assessment Dashboard filtering to ensure a more precise and intuitive user experience. Previously, selecting a leader in the Leader filter would still display participants from outside their team. With this update, the Leader filter now dynamically filters the participant list to show only individuals who report directly to the selected leader. This ensures that you can quickly drill down into specific team data.

BUG FIXES

1. Shared training links accessible for all users
Bug Number: 6211
Feature Group: Learn
Feature: Share Training
Access: Learn > Training catalog > click three dots on a training card > select Share
Description: We resolved an issue where users were unable to access training content shared with them, whether received via email or copied directly from Skillibrium. This fix ensures that any shared training link now opens successfully and takes users directly to the intended training page preview popup without error.
Applicable Roles: All
Known Issue Release Notes: N/A
Status:  Fixed in production
