INTRODUCTION

This release is focused on minor fixes and UI enhancements. 

NEW FEATURES

1. Feature Title: Playbook - Training Item Type
Feature Module: Execute
Feature Group: Playbook Setup 
Feature: Playbook Items
Access: Execute > Playbooks > Create a Playbook > + New Item > + Training
Description: Training can now appear in your playbooks – to help ensure users can find the appropriate training they need at each step in the opportunity lifecycle. Admins who are creating playbooks can now select the Training Item and select any of the courses or lessons available in the Learn Catalog. Once a playbook is published, an opportunity playbook user will be able to complete training from the Sales Process view of their opportunity.  

                                                            


2. Feature Title: Playbook - Template Type

Feature: Playbook Items
Access: Execute > Playbooks > Create a Playbook > + New Item  > + Template
Description: In addition to training, you can add documents to your playbooks. Skillibrium has loaded out-of-the box templates that can help facilitate your customer engagements, including Value Maps, Champion Decks, Proposals, Mutual Sequence of Events, and Proof Event Success Criteria. Admins who are creating playbooks can now select the Template Item and select which template to add. Once a playbook is published, an opportunity playbook user will be to quickly use AI to create a downloaded presentation or document – based on all of the inputs on their playbooks. 

          

3. Feature Title: New Template Creation

Description: Ability to create templates from one of five Skillibrium templates

       

4. Feature Title: Assessment Dashboard Display Ratings 
Feature Module: Coach
Feature Group: Assessment Dashboard 
Feature: Display ratings in the assessment dashboard scores
Access: Coach > Assessment Dashboard 
Description: The Assessment Dashboard highlights or emphasizes selected data to help leaders/admins analyze their chosen metrics more effectively.

           

5. Feature Title: 1:1 Meeting Display Improvements
Feature Module: Coach
Feature Group: Task 
Feature: 1:1 Meeting display 
Access: Tasks > My Tasks > Actions > View > Task Detail 
Description: Improved task display for 1:1 meetings enables supervisors or leaders to easily access pending leader meetings before completing the 1:1 meeting. 
                  
                 

6. Feature Title: Build and Manage Quizzes
Feature Module: Learn 
Feature Group: Quiz 
Feature: Build Quiz 
Access: Learn > Training Catalog > Click on training in draft mode > Manage Training > Build Quiz 
Description: The Build Quiz feature in Manage Training allows admins to easily create quizzes within their own content.

            

7. Feature Title: Delete Learning Paths and Courses
Feature Module: Learn
Feature Group: Training Catalog 
Feature: Delete function for Learning paths and courses 
Access: Training Catalog > Click on kebab menu on learning path or course > Delete 
Description:  Published Learning path and courses can be deleted if there are no enrollments associated with them.
