INTRODUCTION

This release is focused on minor fixes and UI enhancements. 

NEW FEATURES

1. Feature Title: “Enter” key event added to Add Stages popup
Feature Module: Execute
Feature Group: Playbook Setup
Feature: Playbook Add Stages 
Access: Execute > Playbooks > Create a Playbook > + New Stage 
Description: In an effort to speed up the time it takes to build a playbook, we have enhanced the Add Stages functionality by incorporating an "Enter" key event. This improvement allows you to seamlessly add names of stages without needing to switch from your keyboard to your mouse.

            

2. Feature Title:  AI processing notification popup on playbook change action.
Feature Module:  Execute
Feature Group: Opportunities
Feature: Change Playbook 
Access: Execute  > Opportunity > Edit Opportunity > Opportunity Details tab > Manage Opportunity Playbook 
Description: We have introduced a notification popup to inform users about the utilization of AI processing when populating a new playbook. This feature activates when users initiate a playbook change, ensuring they are aware of the AI's role in seamlessly updating their playbook content from an old playbook to a new playbook.

            

3. Feature Title: Users can assign playbooks to opportunities without playbooks on click of the SFDC custom button. 
Feature Module:  Execute
Feature Group: Opportunities
Feature:  Assigning playbook to an opportunity from Salesforce or HubSpot CRM
Access: Customer CRM > Custom Button or Link (mapped to the specific Skillibrium opportunity) > Opportunity Sales Process tab 
Description: Users can now assign a playbook to an opportunity that has not yet been assigned a playbook, directly when accessing the Skillibrium Opportunity page through a custom button in their CRM, such as Salesforce or HubSpot. A popup will appear prompting the user to select a playbook for the opportunity.
               
        
              
4. Feature Title: HubSpot logo under record column redirects users to the corresponding page in HubSpot
Feature Module: Execute
Feature Group: Accounts, Opportunities
Feature: HubSpot logo redirection 
Access: Execute > Accounts > under the Record column,  Execute > Opportunities > under the Record column 
Description: Users can now click on the HubSpot logo located under the record column on the Accounts or Opportunities page to be directly redirected to the corresponding page within the HubSpot environment.

         

5. Feature Title: Assessment Dashboard search results 
Feature Module: Coach
Feature Group: Assessment Dashboard
Feature: Search results 
Access: Coach > Assessment Dashboard 
Description: When users select programs from the search dropdown in the assessment dashboard page, only those programs will be displayed. Likewise, participants who are unselected in the search dropdown will not appear in the participant display. 

          


6. Feature Title: Exported program details file from the Assessment Dashboard page
Feature Module: Coach
Feature Group: Assessment program 
Feature: Export program details page 
Access: Coach > Assessment Program > Select an assessment program > Click the three dots > Download Details 
Description: Individual status columns for each assessment task are now included in the program details file export from the Assessment Dashboard page.
