Playbook Management


Playbooks

Execute > Playbooks

A new playbooks page has been added, with options to:

  • Create a new playbook

  • Manage existing playbooks


System Admins

Create Playbooks

Execute > Playbooks > Create a Playbook

System Admins will be able to create and configure step-by-step opportunity playbooks, full of discovery guidance. 

  • Add stages to playbooks

  • Pull in pre-defined discovery templates to match stages (Categories, Subcategories, Questions, etc) 

  • Make customizations as needed (add, remove, or change items)

  • Publish playbooks to augment opportunities with guided discovery questions

Account Management


  Create Accounts

Execute > New Account


Accounts help you keep track of details about the organizations you transact with (prospects) or have sold to (customers). You can now create accounts directly in Skillibrium.


When creating accounts, you can 

  • Follow the account creation wizard

  • Add account details like name, industry, website, company size.

  • Sort a list of accounts

  • Add contacts

  • Add an image

  • Search for and filter contacts

  • Create favorite contacts

Opportunity Management

Create Opportunities


Execute > New opportunity


Opportunities allow you to track details about deals (such as amount, sales stage, etc) for specific accounts. Sales professionals can create opportunities directly in Skillibrium.


When creating accounts, you can 

  • Follow the opportunity creation wizard

  • Add opportunity details like name, size, close date and amount

  • Apply a playbook (or guided workflow) on top of the opportunity

  • Add collaborators

Execute > Opportunities

When viewing opportunities, users can

  • See the opportunity list view

  • Filter and search for opportunities

  • Take actions (such as delete)

  • Edit Opportunity Details

For a single opportunity, users can 

  • See visual indicators of completion 

  • Track progress by stage

Manage Opportunities

Execute > Opportunity >  Sales Process

Sales teams can centralize their discovery notes all in one place in a clean, easy-to-use customer-ready format. From the sales process menu, 

  • Add  responses to questions essential to the sales process (from the playbook).  Questions are displayed with answer boxes

  • Format responses

  • Add images

  • Mark items as complete

Manage Opportunities

Execute > Opportunity > Content

Sales professionals will be able to upload documents, meeting notes, zoom calls, 

PDFs, etc. that the AI will ingest and process. Once processed, the system will automatically suggest answers to the questions that the users can accept or decline and then adapt accordingly, dramatically reducing the amount of manual work required.

Users can now

  • Load content specific to an opportunity and have that content indexed by the AI

  • Have videos automatically transcribed

  • Attribute Speakers to Videos

  • See AI Suggestions based on the content loaded

  • Approve AI suggestions.

Execute > Opportunity > Client Book

Client Books help you empower your prospects and customers by showcasing the answers in a PDF format. Create dynamic and more personalized, interactive buyer and customer experiences. Users can:

  • Pull answers into an organized PDF

  • Preview and export the playbook

  • Hide sections that have no responses or should not be part of the preview and export

CRM Integration

Integration with Salesforce.com

SFDC Account and Opportunity Information

When a successful connection is made between Skillibrium and SFDC, end users logged into their Skillibrium environment  will be able to view all Accounts data and Opportunity records as seen in the integrated CRM. All accounts data and Opportunity records  will be synced on schedule.

Update Company Details

User Profile Menu > Company Settings > Company Details - Information

Under the company details tab, admins can upload company logos, update company information such as address and contact information.

Establish connection with existing tools and workflows

Company Settings > Integrations

The integrations tab allows users to configure a CRM - SFDC integration  or HRIS integration with Skillibrium environment. For now, users will be able to integrate the Salesforce CRM with Skillibrium environment using their Salesforce credentials or Salesforce Security Token and Organization ID.

Create a playbook

Playbooks > Playbook Setup

Playbooks are limited to 7 stages only. On Stage 3, of the playbook setup, you will not be able to continue with data for 8 stages.

To workaround this issue, clear out Stage 8 and click Continue.

Duplicate a playbook

Playbooks > Action Menu > Duplicate

When using the action menu on the Playbook tile to duplicate a playbook, a popup opens.  Clicking on the Duplicate button more than once will create more than one copies of the playbook.

Account Details

Execute > Accounts > Open an account > Collaborators

When you add more than three collaborators, you can only remove the first two collaborators using the collaborator icons.

Remove the first and second collaborators via the avatar. Then new avatars will appear that can be removed one at a time.

If you load a document, and then click on the document to see the details, the preview will occasionally not load.

If you receive a formatted AI response and click the add button, the response will appear in the box. You will be able to save the response. However, upon reload of the page, the response will lose the nice formatting.
