Set review dates for a Program (Step 2 of the Assessment Program Wizard)

Set review dates for a Program (Step 2 of the Assessment Program Wizard)

Applicable Roles:
  1. Administrators
  2. Supervisors

After setting the review period for your assessment program, the next step is to set the review dates. Review dates determine the start and end dates of your program. Skillibrium recommends that programs run for at least 3 weeks, to allow for a week between each assessment program task (self assessment, coach/leader rating, and one on one meeting).

To set the review dates for your assessment program, follow the steps below:
  1. Under Program Range, choose a start and end date on the popup calendar view.

  2. Optionally, you can adjust the due dates for each of the assessment program tasks.
Due dates should be at least one calendar day apart and scheduled chronologically starting from the self assessment, followed by the coach rating, and finally the one-on-one meeting.

  3. When you are satisfied with the due dates for each task, click  NEXT STEP button on the bottom right corner of the screen.

This icon indicates that the start date of the program is overdue. To successfully launch your program, update the start date of the program.

Now you are ready to add participants to your assessment program.
