Skillibrium evaluators assigned to a participant can use the Recall feature to withdraw assessment submissions (Leader and 1:1) after they are submitted. The recall button for a submitted Leader assessment will remain available until the evaluator completes the 1:1 meeting with the participant. Once the 1:1 meeting assessment is submitted, the recall button for the Leader assessment will no longer be displayed.
On the top menu bar, click COACH.
Click Assessment Programs.
Click the program's name.
For the participant whose leader assessment you want to recall, click the kebab icon () in the Actions column and select Recall Leader Rating.
This action will redirect you to the assessment page in edit mode and update the assessment status to In Progress. Follow the same instructions to recall 1:1 meeting.
