Upload and process content using Skillibrium Cortex|AI
Skillibrium provides an interface that allows opportunity owners and sales representatives to upload all content related to their opportunity in a central location. When an opportunity owner uploads content in the content tab, the important details of that opportunity will be visible to everyone and can be downloaded by the revenue team. Skillibrium utilizes its proprietary AI engine, Cortex|AI, to process the uploaded content, and opportunity owners can see relevant answers they can
add to questions with a single click.
Upload and process content for an opportunity
To leverage Skillibrium's AI features outlined in this article, Skillibrium admins must enable Skillibrium AI in their environment. For further information, please refer to the article on enabling Skillibrium AI features. Follow the steps below to upload your content for an opportunity:

Uploading  | The content is being uploaded. |
Upload Completed  | The content is uploaded successfully. |
Transcribing  | AI is transcribing the content uploaded. Applicable only to video and audio files. |
Transcription Ready | The uploaded audio or video file is transcribed. Review the transcript file and add speaker names to complete the AI processing.

AI Processing  | Cortex|AI processing is in progress.
|
Completed  | AI processing is complete. Check notifications for any AI-generated responses. |
Cortex|AI queries the content and finds relevant answers to the questions for the opportunity. When a relevant response is found, the system generates an alert to notify the opportunity owner of new responses. Please refer to the article on
