Upload and Manage Opportunity Content in Skillibrium

Upload and process content using Skillibrium Cortex|AI

Skillibrium provides an interface that allows opportunity owners and sales representatives to upload all content related to their opportunity in a central location. When an opportunity owner uploads content in the content tab, the important details of that opportunity will be visible to everyone and can be downloaded by the revenue team. Skillibrium utilizes its proprietary AI engine, Cortex|AI, to process the uploaded content, and opportunity owners can see relevant answers they can add to questions with a single click. 

Upload and process content for an opportunity 

AlertTo leverage Skillibrium's AI features outlined in this article, Skillibrium admins must enable Skillibrium AI in their environment. For further information, please refer to the article on enabling Skillibrium AI features.
   Follow the steps below to upload your content for an opportunity:
  1. Click EXECUTE in the menu bar and click Opportunities.

         

  2. Select an opportunity.   

       

  3. Click the Content tab.
       

  4. Click the Plus sign ( + ) to add content from your computer or drag and drop it to the screen. Sales representatives can upload chorus transcripts, notes, meeting videos, and other content related to the buyer*, and Skillibrium's Coretx|AI will provide intelligent answer recommendations to questions in the playbook.
       

  5. When the content is uploaded successfully, click the calendar field under File Date to update the date (optional). 



    The table below defines each status and its corresponding icon.
                 Status
           Indication
        Uploading  
      The content is being uploaded.
        Upload Completed 
      The content is uploaded successfully.
         
        Transcribing 

      AI is transcribing the content uploaded. Applicable only to video and audio files.
        Transcription Ready    
The uploaded audio or video file is transcribed. Review the transcript file and add speaker names to complete the AI processing. 
         AI Processing   
      Cortex|AI processing is in progress.
        Completed    
      AI processing is complete. Check notifications for any AI-generated responses. 

Cortex|AI queries the content and finds relevant answers to the questions for the opportunity. When a relevant response is found, the system generates an alert to notify the opportunity owner of new responses. Please refer to the article on completing answers to questions in a sales cycle to learn how to update the AI-suggested answers for an opportunity. 

* The transcribing process of Skillibrium AI for any uploaded video or audio content will function only if the AI transcription feature is enabled. For more information, please refer to the article on enabling Skillibrium's AI Transcription.

Edit the uploaded content for an opportunity

    Follow the steps below to edit an uploaded content:
  1. Click EXECUTE in the menu bar and click Opportunities.

         

  2. Select the opportunity with the content you want to edit. 

        

  3. Click the Content tab.
            

  4. For the content you want to edit, click the kebab menu () and then click Edit. 
        

  5. In edit mode, you can edit the document name, select a content type, add a description, edit the file date, and add collaborators. 
     


  6. Click SAVE CHANGES.
      
       

Delete the uploaded content for an opportunity

   Follow the steps below to delete the uploaded content:
  1. Click EXECUTE in the menu bar and click Opportunities. 



  2. Click the opportunity with the content you want to edit. 



  3. Click the Content tab.

      

  4. For the content you want to edit, click the kebab menu () and then click Delete. 
      

          

Filter and Search for Content

   Follow the steps below to filter and search the uploaded content:
  1. Use the search box to display specific content. 
  2. Click the FILTERS button to filter uploaded content based on the following criteria:
    1. Content type
    2. Status
    3. Uploaded Date
    4. Item Date
