Manage Subscriptions

- Subscription Owner
Skillibrium allows Subscription Owners to upgrade or downgrade a subscription plan via a secure payment portal. Skillibrium collaborates with Stripe, a trusted third-party payment integration platform, to ensure a secure payment experience for customers.
Please note, only the person who originally supplied the payment method will be able to follow the instructions below. The role of Subscription Owner is only available for one person at your organization. Skillibrium subscription owners have the authority to upgrade or downgrade plans on behalf of their organization, and this can be done at any time directly from the platform.
Upgrade or downgrade your organization's subscription plan
- Navigate to the top right corner and click the user dropdown menu.
- Click My subscription.
- You will be redirected to Skillibrium customer portal on the Stripe platform. Enter your registered email for Skillibrium platform.
- Check your email for the login link and click Log in.
- Click Update subscription.
- Choose the plan you want to upgrade or downgrade to, then click Select. Click Continue.
- Confirm the update.
To verify that the plan has been updated, navigate back to the Skillibrium platform and click on the user dropdown menu. The subscription plan will reflect the newly selected plan.
