Manage opportunity playbooks

Idea
Applicable Roles: 
  1. Administrators 

Skillibrium admins can manage the opportunity playbook templates created within the platform. Admins can update an opportunity playbook with new information or content, duplicate it, delete or archive it, and add tags. 

Preview an Opportunity playbook

To preview an opportunity playbook:
  1. Click EXECUTE from the menu bar and select the Playbooks option.



  2. Click the kebab menu () on the playbook card you want to duplicate.



  3. Click Preview.



Update an opportunity playbook

To edit an opportunity playbook:
  1. Click EXECUTE from the menu bar and select the Playbooks option.        



  2. Click the kebab menu () on the playbook and select the Edit option.  





  3. You can only edit the playbooks that are in drafts. For playbooks that are published or connected to opportunities, you cannot edit the structure of the playbook or the underlying assets. Only the metadata can be edited. To continue to edit the metadata of a published playbook, click Ok. 



  4. Click SAVE CHANGES after updating the playbook. 



Duplicate an opportunity playbook 

Duplicating or copying an opportunity playbook creates a new version of the playbook for you to edit and modify. For playbooks that are connected to an opportunity, you can only edit the metadata of the playbook, but not the structure of the playbook or its underlying assets. Skillibrium featured playbooks can only be duplicated. 

Follow the steps below to duplicate an opportunity playbook:
  1. Click EXECUTE from the menu bar and select the Playbooks option.

          

  2. Click the kebab menu () on the playbook card you want to duplicate.

           

  3. Click Duplicate.

            

  4. In the popup window, confirm the duplicate action. 



  5. You can update the duplicated playbook by adding the playbook details.



  6. Click SAVE CHANGES. 



Change the status of the opportunity playbook 

Published playbooks connected to an opportunity can only be archived and playbooks that are in drafts can be changed to published or archived. Published playbooks can be returned to draft and archived playbooks can be returned to published. 

To change the status of an opportunity playbook: 
  1. Click EXECUTE from the menu bar and select the Playbooks option.



  2. Click the dropdown option on the playbook card and select a status. 





  3. Click Ok to confirm the action. 

Delete an opportunity playbook 

Opportunity playbooks cannot be deleted, however they can be moved to Archived state. 

To delete an opportunity playbook:
  1. Click EXECUTE from the menu bar and select the Playbooks option. 

                 

  2. Click the kebab menu () on the playbook card and select the Delete option. 


         
  3. In the popup window, confirm the action.
