Manage opportunity playbooks

Applicable Roles: 
  1. Administrators 

Skillibrium admins can manage opportunity playbooks created without CRM integrations within the platform. Admins can update an opportunity playbook with new information or content, duplicate it, delete or archive an opportunity playbook, and add tags.

Duplicate an opportunity playbook 

Duplicating or copying an opportunity playbook creates a new version of the playbook for you to edit. Follow the steps below to duplicate an opportunity playbook.
  1. Click EXECUTE from the menu bar and select the Playbooks option.

          

  2. Click the kebab menu () on the playbook card you want to duplicate.

           

  3. Click Duplicate.

            

  4. In the popup window, confirm the action. 

             

The playbook creation wizard will open with a new copy of the playbook, and you will notice that the playbook's original name now begins with 'Copy of' appended to it.

Replace the image of an opportunity playbook 

To replace the image of an opportunity playbook,
  1. Click EXECUTE from the menu bar and select the Playbooks option.

         

  2. Click the kebab menu () on the playbook and select the Replace Image option. 

        

  3. You can choose an image from your local drive.

         

Edit an opportunity playbook

To edit an opportunity playbook,
  1. Click EXECUTE from the menu bar and select the Playbooks option.

            

  2. Click the kebab menu () on the playbook and select the Edit option. 

             

  3. The opportunity playbook creation wizard will open for you to update the information. 

Change the status of an opportunity playbook

Published opportunity playbooks that have been added to an opportunity can only be archived. Archived playbooks can be returned to published state. 
To change the status of an opportunity playbook,
  1. Click EXECUTE from the menu bar and select the Playbooks option.

            

  2. On the playbook card, select the dropdown options to change the status of the playbook. 

              

Set an opportunity playbook as default 

To set an opportunity playbook as default,
  1. Click EXECUTE from the menu bar and select the Playbooks option.

              

  2. Click the kebab menu () on the playbook and select the Set as Default option

              

If your playbook is already set to default, the Set as Default option will not be available. 

Delete an opportunity playbook 

To delete an opportunity playbook,
  1. Click EXECUTE from the menu bar and select the Playbooks option. 

                 

  2. Click the kebab menu () on the playbook and select the Delete option. 

         

  3. In the popup window, confirm the action.

            

Only opportunity playbooks that are in Draft or Archived state can be deleted.
