Join an existing company environment on Skillibrium

Any user in Skillibrium can invite a colleague to join the company's Skillibrium instance. This is done by sharing a Skillibrium Activation Code with users who have not been invited to the system. Activation Codes are available on the My Profile page. An Activation Code is a unique multi-digit numerical code for your company's instance of Skillibrium. New users can input an Activation Code into the Activation Code field on the signup page. Once the code has been validated, the user can activate the email and begin using your company's Skillibrium environment. 
Activation Codes should only be shared with colleagues or partners who you think should have access to your environment. Be sure to only share codes with colleagues or partners who have been vetted by your organization. Note that each user added will be considered a licensed user in the system. 
  1. Click the button Input Activation code on the Skillibrium signup page. 



  2. Enter your company email. 
  3. Paste the activation code of the company account you would like to join. The company name will automatically populate if the activation code is correct. 
  4. Accept the terms and conditions by checking the box. 
  5. Click SIGN UP. 



  6. Follow the instructions on your screen to start using Skillibrium. 
           

Note that activation codes will not assign you to the organization hierarchy because you will not be associated with a supervisor yet. To be assigned to a leader or supervisor in the system, reach out to your Skillibrium administrator and request that they change your leader to the appropriate leader in the system.
