How does HRIS integration work in Skillibrium?

Skillibrium has partnered with Merge.dev to enable seamless integration with human resources information systems (HRIS) supported by Skillibrium. Currently, Skillibrium supports integration with Workday, BambooHR and Personio HRIS. The integration approach is a one-way sync, meaning that the fields pulled from these HRI systems into Skillibrium are read-only. Skillibrium does not store customers' credentials for their systems of record.



The following user information from the supported HRIS will be displayed as read-only fields in Skillibrium. An automatic job timer will sync the data every hour, with potential variations based on the volume of data.
