How does Salesforce.com integration work in Skillibrium?

Skillibrium has partnered with Merge.dev to enable seamless integration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems with Skillibrium platform. Currently, Salesforce.com is the only CRM system that can be integrated in Skillibrium platform providing a seamless experience. Skillibrium offers a one-way sync with Salesforce.com for Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities, meaning the fields pulled from Salesforce.com into Skillibrium are read-only. We are continuously exploring ways to enhance this integration by offering additional capabilities, such as the ability to write back to the CRM.

The following data fields from the organization's SFDC account will be displayed as read-only fields in Skillibrium. An automatic job timer will sync the data every hour, with potential variations based on the volume of data.
