Generate and export reports in Execute

The Execute dashboard is your central hub for performance tracking, providing Skillibrium administrators and sales leaders with clear, actionable insight into playbook execution and opportunity progress. This clarity enables your teams to quickly answer critical questions about status and pipeline health. Reports are generated based on the specific filters you select and can be exported from one of two distinct views:
  1. Reports by Opportunity Playbook
  2. Reports by Opportunity

Generate reports by opportunity playbook 

This view generates reports directly from the playbooks linked to your opportunities, detailing every activity performed. Administrators and sales leaders can filter by granulated details to quickly track compliance, execution, and required steps, ensuring consistent process adherence across the team.

Example use case: We will export a report to identify opportunities over $200,000 with more than 30% progress in steps for a specific account. Follow these steps to generate and export the report:
  1. Click EXECUTE in the menu bar, then select Dashboard.



  2. Click the By Opportunity Playbook tab.



  3. Choose a playbook from the Playbook dropdown.  
  4. Enter an opportunity.
  5. Enter an account in the Account field. 
  6. In the Amount field, select Above and enter 200,000.
  7. In Step Status, select In Progress and Not Started. 
  8. Drag the step progress slider to 30% and 100%.
  9. Click APPLY to generate the report. 





  10. Click EXPORT to download the report to your device.


Generate reports by opportunity 

This view is designed to help sales leaders rapidly identify opportunities that are missing a playbook or showing limited progress. Administrators and sales leaders can use the filters, such as 'No playbook', and other key attributes to quickly pinpoint opportunities that aren't adhering to best practices. You can also use the search bar to find specific items by owner, playbook name, opportunity name, or account name.

For easy navigation, the opportunity names are clickable links. Selecting a link will either direct you to the associated playbook or prompt you to add a playbook if none is currently associated with the opportunity.

Example use case: We will export a report to identify opportunities over $200,000 in a specific account that have playbooks with more than 50% completion.

Follow these steps to generate and export the report:
  1. Click EXECUTE in the menu bar, then click Dashboard.



  2. Click the By Opportunity tab.



  3. Drag the playbook progress slider to 50% and 100%.
  4. In the Amount field, select Above and enter 200,000.
  5. Enter an account.
  6. Choose a playbook from the Playbook dropdown.
  7. Click APPLY to generate the report.
     




  8. Click EXPORT to download the report to your device.
