How to Update an Opportunity in Skillibrium

Applicable Roles
  1. All

Skillibrium users can update an existing opportunity from the Opportunity Details page. For any opportunity created locally, all the list of items are editable in the DETAILS tab.

Integrated opportunities will be in read-only format and the edits should be made in the CRM system. 

Follow the steps below to update an opportunity:
  1. Click EXECUTE in the menu bar and select Opportunity.



  2. Select the name of the opportunity you want to update from opportunity table view. 



  3. Click the DETAILS tab to update the information or change the playbook of the opportunity. 



  4. Click SAVE CHANGES on top right corner on the screen.
