Deactivate a direct report (Remove a direct report from your team)

Applicable Roles:
  1. Administrators
  2. Supervisors

Deactivating a user prevents access but preserves all historical activity and records. Skillibrium licenses based on user counts. Deactivating a user will free up a license that can be applied to another user. 

Follow the steps below to deactivate a direct report from your team.
  1. Click TEAM from the menu bar and select My Org.



  2. Locate the user in the table view below. 



  3. Under the Actions column for the user, click the Deactivate icon (  ) next to the name.
  4. Click the DEACTIVATE button.


The deactivated user will be removed from the table view.
