Opportunities in Skillibrium are used to manage potential deals. Opportunities are linked to accounts. You can integrate opportunity records from solutions like Hubspot or Salesforce. Or you can create opportunities local to Skillibrium. Opportunities allow you to track details about deals (such as amount, sales stage, etc). Skillibrium also allows you apply a playbook (or guided workflow) on top of your opportunities.
To create your first opportunity, you have two options:
- Create a new opportunity from Opportunities page.
- Create a new opportunity from Accounts page.
Create a new opportunity from Opportunities page.
Step 1: Select an account for the new opportunity
- Click EXECUTE in the menu bar and select Opportunities.

- On the Opportunities page, click the + NEW OPPORTUNITY button located in the top right corner.

- Select an account from the dropdown options.

- Click CONTINUE.

Step 2: Enter the opportunity details
- Enter a name and description for the new opportunity.

- Enter the corresponding currency.
Specify the amount.

The amount cannot be updated once the opportunity has been created.
- Set the created and close date.

- Choose an opportunity playbook from the dropdown list.
- Click CONTINUE.

Step 3: Set the team
- Select an owner from the list of users in the organization.
- Select collaborators from the list of users in the organization (optional).

- Click CREATE OPPORTUNITY.
Step 4: Details
- Update Opportunity details if required or change the playbook for this opportunity.
- Click SAVE CHANGES on the top right corner of the screen If changes were made.
