Administrators
The Training Dashboard within Skillibrium Learn serves as a comprehensive reporting tool on the completion and training progress for users in an organization. Administrators can tailor the displayed information according to their specific needs by leveraging the following filtering capabilities:
User Filtering
- Click LEARN from the menu bar and select Training dashboard option.

- Under the By User tab, select users.

- Training information for the selected users will appear in tabular format below.

- You can filter the table further by using the Filter button on the left.
Training Filtering
- Click LEARN from the menu bar and select Training dashboard option.

- Under the By Training tab, select one or more training titles.

- Training information for the selected titles will appear in tabular format below.

- You can filter the table further by using the Filter button on the left.
Organizational Tree Filtering
Under the By Org Tree tab, select one or more leaders and click Search

When a lesson is part of a course, the completion status for that individual lesson cannot be reset independently.
When a course is included within a learning path, the completion status for that specific course cannot be reset independently from the entire learning path.
- Training information for the selected leader and their direct reports will be displayed.

- You can filter the table further by using the Filter button on the left.
By leveraging these filtering capabilities, administrators can gain valuable insights tailored to their reporting needs, whether it's monitoring individual user progress, evaluating the impact of a particular training program, or assessing the overall training performance across the organization.
In addition to filtering options, the Training Dashboard empowers administrators to perform various administrative actions directly from the dashboard view. These actions include:
Reset Training Completion
Administrators can reset the completion status of a training for selected users, allowing them to retake or revisit the training if necessary. Resetting a training sets the status to Not Started and the progress to 0%.
Click
LEARN from the menu bar and s
elect Training dashboard option.

On the filtered view, under actions, locate the row for the selected user you want to reset completion for.
Under the Actions column, click the kebab menu for that user's row.
Click
Reset Completion.

Click the
RESET button on popup window to confirm your action.

Update Due Date
Administrators can modify the due dates for assigned trainings, providing flexibility in managing training deadlines and accommodating any necessary adjustments.
On the filtered view, under actions, locate the row for the selected user you want to update.
Under the Actions column, click the kebab menu for that user's row.

Click
Update Due Date.

Select a due date from the calendar.

Toggle on the Notify user of new due date to notify the user via email.
Click SAVE.

The ability to reset completion status is only applicable for Assigned training items.
When updating due dates for assigned trainings, the system will not allow administrators to set dates in the past. Due dates must be assigned for future dates.
Send Reminders
Administrators can send reminder notifications to users regarding their assigned trainings, ensuring they stay on track with their training commitments.
On the filtered view, under actions, locate the row for the selected user you want to send a reminder.
Under the Actions column, click the kebab menu for that user's row.

Click
Send Reminder.

Click
SEND to confirm the action.


The option to trigger reminders is only available for training items that have not been marked as complete.
Reminder notifications can be triggered for both assigned trainings and self-study trainings.
Mark Training As Complete
Administrators can update the completion status of a training for selected users or participants. It is particularly useful when participants have completed a training through an offline or alternative format such as in-person workshop or external courses. This action is available for both the assigned and self study trainings.
On the filtered view, under actions, locate the row for the selected user you want to mark as complete. Under the
Actions column, click the kebab menu for that user's row.

Click
Mark Complete.

Click SEND to confirm the action.
You will be prompted to set the progress percentage for the training. You can either toggle on the option to set it to 100% completion or set the progress to a desired percentage manually.
Click
SAVE to confirm your action.


● When a course is marked as complete, all lessons included within that course will also be automatically marked as complete.
● When the 100% completion option is toggled on for a course, the progress of all lessons within that course will be automatically set to 100%
● When the 100% completion option is toggled off for a course, the progress of all lessons within that course will be retained.
● When a learning path is marked as complete, all courses included within that learning path will be automatically marked as complete.
● When the 100% completion option is toggled off for a learning path, the progress of all courses and lessons within the learning path will be retained.
Delete Assignment
This action enables administrators to remove user assignments for a particular training type. Deleting a user assignment is an irreversible action.
On the filtered view, under actions, locate the row for the selected user you want to delete assignment. Under the
Actions column, click the kebab menu for that user's row.

Click
Delete Assignment.

Click YES to confirm the action.
