Integrate Training Items into Opportunity Playbooks | Skillibrium

Integrate training items to your organization's opportunity playbook


Applicable Roles:
  1. Administrator 

Administrators can enhance their organization's opportunity playbooks by integrating training items.  Administrators will be able to select a training item and choose from a range of courses or lessons available in the Learn Catalog. After the playbook is published, users will have the ability to complete training directly from the Sales Process view of their opportunity. All published Skillibrium-featured and organization-specific trainings will be accessible in a convenient pop-up, facilitating seamless integration of training within the playbook experience.

Add a training item to an opportunity playbook

  1. Access Playbooks
    1. Click Execute from the menu bar and select Playbooks.  



  2. Filter the view 
    1. Unselect the Published filter pill.
    2. Select the Draft filter pill to filter your view to only Playbooks that are in draft mode.*



      * Administrators can only edit the structure of playbooks that are in draft mode (not published or connected to an opportunity). For published playbooks, only the metadata can be edited.

  3. Add Training item
    1. Click the kebab menu () on the playbook card.
    2. Click Edit.



    3. On the Edit Playbook page, click the kebab menu () on the preferred playbook stage's card.
    4. Click Edit.



    5. Click + NEW ITEM on the right panel.



    6. Select Training.



    7. Use the search bar to filter the training item, or use the filter pills.



    8. Click the add icon to add the training.



    9. Click SAVE.



    10. Mark the training item as required if necessary.



    11. Click SAVE CHANGES.


Edit the training item integrated into a playbook 

  1. Click Execute from the menu bar and select Playbooks.  
  2. Unselect the Published filter pill and select the Draft filter pill to filter your view to only Playbooks that are in draft mode.
  3. Click the kebab menu () on the playbook card. 
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Click the kebab menu next to the training item on the right panel.



  6. Options for editing:
    1. Delete the selected training item.
    2. Add a new training from the list.
    3. Duplicate the training item.
    4. Change the order of the training item in the playbook step. 
  7. Click SAVE CHANGES. 


With the training item integrated into an opportunity playbook, users can easily find the appropriate training resources required at each stage of the opportunity lifecycle.
